12 weeks boot camp.
- Every week Diet of your choice but you must let us know what it is. Diet 6 days a week..
- Cheat is Sunday Workout for 60 minutes a day..6 days a week.
- 1 workout must be outdoors. Rest day is Sunday
- Read 10 pages of a book a day..that will get you better. You have to let us know what it is.. when finished write a 5 things you learned ..and implement 1.
- Do 1 good deed a day to help someone else

Be in cold water for 5 minutes everyday this week. The coldest you can take but must be your whole body. Most this is when showering..
