Coach Christain has a long history with hoop. Excelled as a player in the inner city that led to a college opportunity that led to a professional opportunity in the Philippines. 

Christain has given back to the hoop community, first through Edge Basketball. He has mentored and guided multiple players to the next level. Most recently, a lottery pick in the NBA Draft. Onyeka “Big O” Okongwu started under coach Christain and this Edge Program.

Christain recently started the FIL-AM Nation Select organization. Where the mission is to educate our FIL-AM Nation Select players & parents the opportunities to play back home in the Philippines. A place we all call the “Motherland”. College Bound or Professional Bound is an option we all want to give all Fil-Am ball players, Pinoy or Pinay- Mabuhay.

• Every week Diet of your choice but you must let us know what it is. Diet 6 days a week..
• Cheat is Sunday Workout for 60 minutes a day..6 days a week.
• 1 workout must be outdoors. Rest day is Sunday
• Read 10 pages of a book a day..that will get you better. You have to let us know what it is.. when finished write a 5 things you learned ..and implement 1.
• Do 1 good deed a day to help someone else

Today I share a fond memory of my father that touched my life and continues to have an impact.

Every new level requires a new you.. Kaizen is more than a journey.. it is a responsibility!

You have heard that hard work and dedication are the keys to success. Discipline and that cant stop wont stop mindset.
